Using Sourcerie, Briogeo instantly surfaced an important outlier: one of Briogeo’s bestselling products had an outsized proportion of customer feedback related to its packaging. This insight helped the team create a business case to justify putting this bestselling product in for packaging redesign - with the potential to unlock millions in revenue.
In addition, Briogeo has already seen a +36% YoY sales increase for this product, helped in part by updating the messaging and product page content based on findings in the Sourcerie platform.
In another big revenue win, the team discovered product fragrance sentiment trends within the context of their competitive landscape that empowered them to successfully sell in a new product line to Sephora.
